| Bulk treatment |
|
| After a standard cleaning of parts to be coated, degreasing followed mostly by a micro shot blasting, parts are loaded into round baskets. |
|
The layer is obtained by basket immersion in the DACROMET® or GEOMET® water-based solution at 20°C followed by a spinning cycle. |

| Treatment on jigs |

Parts are hanged on jigs designed in such
a way that the dip-drain-spin technique can be
used.
For certain designs or beyond a certain size of the part, spinning is not appropriated.
In this case, a mere dip-spin process is applied. The DACROMET® and GEOMET®
compounds are also particularly adapted to the pneumatic or electrostatic spraying.
The spraying devices are constantly improved on the pilot lines of NOF METAL COATINGS EUROPE with the collaboration of device
manufacturers. |
